I am very pleased with the jobs that Allan and Bill did for us.

To begin with, Bill called us a few days before to let us know when he could start the work, and to see if the date was convenient for us. Due to another job he was finishing up, he arrived later than expected, however he worked until dusk and indicated he would be back the next day. He was very polite and friendly. He was also very careful to clean up before leaving. I was not around on the second day while he was working, however I could see the work he had done when I got home and was very pleased. The clean up was very good.

Similar to Bill, Allan called us a few days before to let us know when he could start the work on the chimneys. Allan showed up right on schedule, so I got to meet him before leaving for my office. Allan was very friendly and assured me I would be happy with the work. When I came home that evening, it was late and I was not able to see the see the work done on the chimneys. A day or so later, Allan left a message on our answering machine, asking if we were satisfied with the work he had done. A couple of more days passed before I could look at the work, but when I did there were a couple of things I was not completely satisfied with. I phoned Allan and explained what I was concerned about and asked if he could come by so I could show him. Allan offered to come by the same day (last Friday), however this was not convenient for me. I contacted Allan after the weekend and he agreed to come by on Thursday morning. I was quite surprised on Wednesday afternoon when I arrived home and noticed right away that the work had been done. Allan had also cleaned up very well before leaving. I called Allan to tell him that I was very satisfied with the work he had done.

In the meantime you had sent this email asking if we were satisfied with the work done. I want to let you know we are very satisfied with everything about our experience with Wilkens Contracting Inc. From our first contact with Ernie, to the friendly service, the work completed, the clean up, and customer follow-up, we are very pleased, and impressed. I would not hesitate to recommend Wilkens Contracting Inc. to anyone.

I am very happy with the work Jake did at our house. He was very professional and did a great job. It was nice to receive a phone call from him Friday afternoon saying that he managed to save us some money on our quote because our chimney wasn’t in as bad of shape as initially thought. The job turned out great, the guys that came yesterday did a great job of parging the crack, and removing some extra mortar that was left behind from the tuck pointing. Very satisfied with the work.
